My Bolt EUV was not able to be serviced and was my only source of transportation. I was not able to leave the car and was not able to get a loaner vehicle. Should have been handled way better by not only the dealership but also GM.

My schedule appointment was at 11 am I arrived a few minutes early was greeted when I got out of car after checking in headed toward customers area and the door was held open for me After the inspection they found I need an alignment and he explained very well to me.Only second time having my Equinox serviced and will continue to have the service there. Well I went in for oil change inspection sticker and tire rotation. I had a coupon for $69.99 plus taxes. He said I would need inside and outside air filters plus transmission maintenance all together would be about $320-$340! When it was all said and done it was $491 after a $40 credit!!! Big frigging difference without anyone coming out to tell me of the huge price change! I have one tire that has more wear on it than the other three. It's the front passenger tire! When I got home and told my hubby how much I had to pay he was livid! Then he noticed the same bad tire was in the same location! They did not rotate the tires! So now I feel they may have not done the other items also! As a woman, I feel I was taken advantage of!

I think the serves department should have weekend hours as most ppl working would be buying cars. The new car I bought had an issue with the backup camara the day after I bought it. With no one there who could look at it and wanting me to schedule an appointment to have it looked at seemed like it was going to be a trend with my new ride.

The wrong oil was installed in the truck and to redrain the oil and ask for the fan belt was replaced and wanted the old belt back and the technician cut it in half and gave it back. Wanted the belt as a spare because of traveling.

Had an oil change, and tire rotation. I checked the tire air pressures when I got home and they were incorrect. Front tires were set to the rear tire desired pressure, and rear were set to the front desired pressure. Not a big deal, but incorrect. Other than that everything was great.

My vehicle was scheduled for 11am. Arrived on time. Car was finally finished at 2:10pm. 3 hours and 10 mins on an oil change and tire rotation with brakes and rotor check for squeaky breaks. I had to cancel an appt because of the delay. Nothing was communicated to me from service dept about the delay without me asking. Was not apologized to for the delay.

I brought truck in to get a battery replaced and have steering problem checked out. Got the battery replaced and got charged 150 to install battery which I paid and didn’t complain, thought it was excessive but needed to be done. I’ve called about the steering issue and even stopped in and inquired about trying to get an appointment to get it fixed. I’ve been told 4 different times I’d get a call back and let me know when they could get a part to fix my steering issue. Still haven’t received a call. Been at least 3 weeks. Gonna take it to Moses.

The experience once at the dealership was fine. However, the extreme lack of communication and how hard it was to try and get someone on the phone was insane. The absolute worst call service and communication I have ever received from a dealership and that is really saying something. The amount of effort it took to even speak with someone is wild. The guy physically at the counter is the only reason I will even consider keeping Servicing my Suburban at Yes.

So, we had to bring it back a second time. We picked it up. As I was driving home the message center light came back on. I called back when I got home and they said if it didn’t go off by the next day to call them. I called set up a third appointment and came back. They said my car was ready. I went out to remote start it and it won’t start. The man in the service center came out and he couldn’t get it to start either. He said it could be low on gas but it over a quarter of a tank left. So, they take it back in garage and test the sensor code again and finally got it fixed. When I have an appointment,I expect it to fixed that day unless there isn’t a part available. But, three times coming back is unacceptable. I’m retired and living on a fixed income. None thinks about the gas your using to come back and forth and thankfully I didnt work anymore and have to try another day I could bring it in. Please consider this when thinking about your service department.

My service was not that good because of the fact that it seems like they always find a reason to charge me for something as soon as they got started they came out telling my front was out of alinement my feeling the car only has 10,200 miles 2025 they already wanting to charge me 150 for an alinement ! I refuse because I will take it somewhere else cheaper I think with only that amount of miles you guys should’ve ate the fee for an at least a large percentage of it. Then when I went to pay for the oil change, he asked me I had any points while I told him I wasn’t sure so we went to look for him and he started blaming the salesman for not having put a point in there when I purchased the vehicle there, but Jackson, who has helped me every time I’ve had an issue immediately comes to the rescue the Zack the service guy said the salesman probably doesn’t still work here But he does so Jackson had synonym for the points originally when I bought it he showed me all that and he gave me a number to call him and tell him they’re not showing up. He was very very helpful as Jackson has always been and I referred people there because of him Zack ended up being very nice wanting me to do the survey so I am happy with the dealership as of now but I do feel like the service department. Zach should not have already blamed a salesman for something that he didn’t really know anything about especially to me a customer, but it all worked out. I originally took three times to set up for my dome light to be checked out. This is why I was there also that day, but then they said the dome light immediately you could tell it have been worked on or unplugged and they asked me if I had had hell damage and I had so after all that weight they end up telling me I had to take it back to the person that did the Bodywork so that’s what I’m doing. Hopefully I won’t have any issues the next time, but I still rated you with a 5 all because of the experience with Jackson so because of that and the fact that I love the car, I will refer people to you. Hope this information helps. I’m sorry about the other. I just don’t feel like a person at a company should blame frame another person that works there, but maybe he was just trying to be helpful. Thank you.

I was told got the truck I got. It was equipped with adaptive cruise control, found out 2 days later. It does not, they were gonna look into it. And I haven't got a call back about it. Service Team Member was very helpful. Only issue I have is with the extended warranty I was sold when the vehicle was purchased. It would not cover the electronic defrost in my back glass because they said the policy didn’t cover glass. Not happy at all with Chevy right now.

I have a small problem, the mechanic did not putted cabin air filter cover back on. It fell behind my glove box. It took me about an hour to figure out how to remove the glove box. The screws to the cover are also missing. But overall, I still gave a 5 star rating.
